Before you start

  • Use a computer or tablet if you can. A phone works, but the screen is small for reading passages.
  • The test screen is laid out like the real Digital SAT, with a timer, Mark for Review, answer eliminator and highlighter.
  • Once a section starts, the timer does not stop. There is a 10-minute break between the two sections.
  • If you close the window, you can pick up where you left off in the same browser on the same device. The timer keeps running.
  • In Math, the Calculator button opens the Desmos calculator used on the real test, and the Reference button opens the formula sheet.
  • Have scratch paper and a pencil ready.
