Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using satsoloprep.com and test.satsoloprep.com (“the Service”), operated by Solo Prep (“the Company”).

Article 2 (What the Service includes)

The Company provides:

• Digital SAT information and guide content
• Online full-length mock tests (test.satsoloprep.com)
• Mock test scoring, score reports and learning analysis
• Sales of SAT books and PDF study materials
• A consultation board
• Blog and column content

Article 3 (Accounts)

• You can sign up with an email address or with Google.
• You must give accurate information and may not sign up using someone else’s information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• Only users aged 13 or older may sign up.

Article 4 (Paid services and payment)

• Paid services such as mock tests are available after payment.
• Prices are those shown in the Service and may change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed through the methods the Company offers, such as credit cards and international payments.
• Digital content is delivered immediately after payment.

Article 5 (Refunds)

• Unused mock tests: full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not started the test
• Used mock tests: no refund once you start the test (even one question in Module 1)
• Packages: partial refund for unused tests only (the single-test price is deducted for each test used, and the balance is refunded)
• PDFs and books: no refund after download, because they are digital content
• To request a refund, email support@satsoloprep.com.

Article 6 (Intellectual property)

• All content in the Service, including questions, explanations, analysis data and design, is the Company’s intellectual property.
• You may use the content for personal study only. Copying, distributing or using it commercially without permission is prohibited.
• You may not photograph, record or capture mock test questions and share them outside the Service.

Article 7 (Restrictions)

The Company may restrict use of the Service or suspend an account without prior notice if a user:

• uses another person’s account without permission
• leaks questions or uses them commercially
• interferes with the operation of the Service
• violates applicable law

Article 8 (Disclaimers)

• The Company does not guarantee that mock test scores will match actual SAT scores. Predicted scores are for reference only.
• The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters or server failures.
• The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party.

Article 9 (Changes to these terms)

The Company may change these terms when necessary and will post any changes on the website. Changed terms take effect 7 days after they are posted. If you do not object within that period, you are considered to have agreed.

Article 10 (Disputes)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s location.
